Natasha is a fully qualified Human Resources Consultant having studied at Salford University, Greater Manchester and Michigan University, Ann Arbor.

She has extensive commercial knowledge coupled with Project Management and Change Management skills gained in public and private sector environments.

Her vertical experience includes working in construction, manufacturing, service and rental, aerospace, defence, IT, ERP, PCB and electronics, film and television, health care, the arts, contact centre and retail sectors.

She is proficient at diagnosing, design and implementing strategic and operational policies that impact company structures as well as improving effectiveness in communication, resourcing, succession planning, employee relations, rewards, management coaching, learning and development, and profitability.

In addition, Natasha is competent in negotiating working practices and fundamental changes to terms and conditions with unions and European work councils.
